The recently reimagined Caffè Al Teatro at Wynn Las Vegas features a menu of irresistible pastries, artisanal sandwiches, healthy salads and seasonal soups.
Breakfast selections served until 11:00 am include items such as a house-made croissant with freshly scrambled eggs and hickory smoked bacon, a savory croissant with ricotta, smoked salmon and capers, a vegan biscuit sandwich with vegan eggs, sausage and smoked provolone and freshly squeezed juices.
From 11:00 am the all-day dining menu offers fare such as the signature tomato, mozzarella and pesto Khachapuri, a Serrano ham and aged pecorino baguette, a hot prime rib French dip sandwich and smoked brisket chili.
Guests can also indulge in sweet treats that include a triple layer chocolate confetti cake with caramel, blueberry éclairs, tiramisu macarons, handcrafted ice cream and the ultimate jumbo chocolate chip cookie.
